Parc West Townhomes, comprised of (8) 3-story townhouses with (8) under ground parking stalls, sits atop the Phinny Ridge neighborhood, across from Woodland Park Zoo. The large roof decks take advantage of the dramatic views of the Ballard neighborhood, the Puget Sound, and the Olympic Mountains beyond. The sloping topography and underground garage as part of the design required significant shoring as part of this project. Malsam Tsang provided structural and shoring design for this project.
