Construction for the Pilot Butte Apartments is well underway in Bend, Oregon.  Slated for completion in fall 2016, this 205-unit complex will sit at the base of Pilot Butte park and viewpoint, which borders the residential district in eastern Bend.  Take a look at some photos from the build site below:
